About Guiltless Food Co. Meals

Guiltless Food Co. is a meal prep service that provides healthy and convenient food to Riverside county. We promote healthy eating through several meal plans created by our certified nutritionist. Each menu also has additional options available to cater to your specific needs.

Guiltless Food Co. makes it easy to live a healthier life. Guiltless Food Co. was created from our passion for food, personal health, and the love of clean eating. We use all-natural, hormone-free proteins and farm fresh produce; which helps to support our local farming and agricultural community.

Our meals are built by a nutritionist and prepared by a team of passionate cooks, led by a culinary chef, in a commercial kitchen with fresh ingredients that are never frozen.

Here’s how it works:

  • We have 4 different meal plans to choose from; Classic, Lean, Performance, and Vegan. The 4 plans are created to fit everyone's specific lifestyle needs. Aside from the meat replacements in our Vegan dishes, all other meal plans and snacks are gluten-free, fresh, healthy, never frozen, and nutrient-dense by always offering local farming, and seasonal vegetables.
  • Each meal plan has a 4-week rotating menu that gives you a large variety of flavors and avoids you from becoming bored with the same foods each week. PLUS, aside from the farm fresh produce, our meals all use hormone-free proteins and our sauces are homemade by our team of chefs.
