THE LEAN MENU USES CHICKEN OPTIONS WHERE TWO PROTEINS ARE LISTED IN THE TITLE. THE LEAN PLAN IS ALSO CHEESE-FREE.

THE CLASSIC MENU USES RED MEAT OR PORK WHEN TWO PROTEINS ARE LISTED IN THE TITLE. SOME OF THE CLASIC MEALS ARE ALSO TOPPED WITH CHEESE WHEN LISTED IN THE DISCRIPTION.

THE PERFORMANCE MENU IS VERY SIMILAR TO OUR CLASSIC PLAN, HOWEVER, WE 2X THE CARBOHYDRATE AMOUNT AND AVOID CHEESE ON ALL MEALS. THIS PLAN IS IDEAL FOR ENERGY AND RECOVERY NEEDS FOR THE ATHLETIC AND HEAVILY ACTIVE INDIVIDUALS.
